3. Click on "Delete Products" on the next screen and then click on "Delete Google Account and Services."
4. A pop-up window will appear asking if you're sure that you want to delete all of these products from your account, including Gmail itself (and any other Google products). This is where things get interesting: If you want to keep using Gmail but don't want an email address associated with it anymore, go ahead and click "Remove my Google Account" at this point—but be aware that if something goes wrong later on down the road and you need access again (like if someone sends something important there!), they won't be able to reach.
