How to Create a Private Story on Snapchat
Instead of using the Snap tab, you can make a new Private Story from your profile page. As follows:

Tap +New Story from your profile.

Choose the individuals you want to see in your Private Story. And you look through your Best Friends, Recents, Groups, and Friends list.

Enter a name for your Private Story by tapping Private Story Name at the top.

Tap To add any people you might have forgotten, see this Story.

To avoid saving or include saving of your Private Story to your Memories, uncheck or check the Auto-Save to Memories option.
Note: As all Private Stories may only be updated by their creator, you won't be able to choose to Add to this Story (you).

To publish your Private Story, use the blue Create Story button. Your finished Private Story title appears in your Profile's Stories section. To snap your first picture or make your first movie, tap it to open the Snap tab.
You may also add to your Private Story when capturing or recording images. Tap the Private Story name beneath the Stories label after selecting Send to from the main Snap pane.

To upload new photos and videos, click Upload to Tale. You do it by tapping the three vertical dots next to the name of your private story on your profile.

You may edit your Private Story at any time from your profile if you want to. By its name, click the three vertical dots. From this point, you may remove it, alter its settings, enable or disable auto-saving, or store the tale to Memories.
