Using Windows Media Player

This is a versatile software; in addition to watching videos and playing music directly in the program, customers can also insert subtitles into videos on Windows Media Player by inserting subtitles and text into videos.
All versions of Windows Media Player (WMP) have a CD ripping tool to copy CDs and DVDs to your computer.
One disadvantage of the CD is that it does not allow you to black out all the CD and DVD files you need to copy and paste into your Windows computer or PC. Do you know why?

Using Nero 7

This is a very familiar tool for most people who burn discs. To copy DVD to computer hard drive, do the following:

  • First, click on the Nero StartSmart icon to launch Nero's main menu interface.
  • Next, select the Backup icon => Copy Entire DVD-Video. When entering the Nero Recode interface, click the "Import DVD" button, find the DVD drive you need to use, select the folder containing the DVD's video files as "VIDEO_TS," then click the OK button, and you're done.
  • Nero will take a little time, quite a while, to analyze the disk. When done, click “Next” in the “Destination” box.
  • Next, select "Hard Disk Folder" and click "Browse" to select the folder where you want to copy the disk's contents.
  • Finally, press the "Burn" button to start burning the DVD to the hard drive. While copying English files, Nero will quickly play the entire movie for you to see if you check the box "Enable Video Preview."
