The Joolz AER scored the highest marks compared to the other picks. To fold and unfold the stroller, two buttons need to be pushed at the same time, but it’s still very easy to do it once you’ve figured it out. In terms of maneuverability, the AER also earned high points. It moves excellently on all kinds of surfaces and smoothly tackles turns and u-turns without any problem. Thanks to a comfortable shoulder strap that is elastic, the AER also earned high scores in portability. It made a nice fit in our simulated overhead section.

2. Second Best Overall: GB Qbit+ All City Stroller

Gb's QBit+ All-City stroller has a score that is roughly the same as the Joolz AER but comes with a lower price. More specifically, the QBit+ scored the highest in the tests for foldability, durability, and maneuverability. There are two buttons required to fold it but our tester needed only one hand to do it. It takes a second to lock it when being unfolded but generally, it’s a good stroller. In terms of maneuverability, the QBit+ excelled with flying colors. No damage occurred during our tests for durability.  

The canopy offers coverage and a mesh peekaboo window, but according to our testers, it doesn't descend very far. Also, it didn’t have the highest score in portability due to the lack of a shoulder strap. It also didn't score best in our portability test since it did not come with a carrying strap. However, given the price, other features of this stroller more than compensated for that loss. Not only can it function as a normal stroller but also a great one for travel.

3. Best Cost-saving: Kolcraft Cloud Plus Stroller

If you are into a more budget pick, then we recommend the Kolcraft Cloud Plus thanks to its durability, foldability, and price-to-performance value.  Although whistles and bells are not provided along with this stroller, this is still a value one given the price that is much more affordable than all the other options on the list.  We loved the fact that this stroller was easily foldable and unfoldable using only one hand (of course some coordination and effort are required). Despite not riding the most smoothly, we were still able to push it through the gravel surface even when the wheels couldn’t move due to its lightweight. 

A big drawback of the Kolcraft is its portability. Although this is one of the most lightweight strollers, no case, strap, or handle are provided. Additionally, it couldn't be folded down small enough to fit in an overhead bin, so if you fly with it, you'll have to check it at the airport. However, its durability was amazing. In general, we consider this to be the Honda Accord. Does it have the characteristics and performance of the more pricey models? No. Does it provide great value and more specifically, transport your baby from place A to B safely? Absolutely yes.

If small size, lightness, and minimalism are your priorities, then the gb Pockit Lightweight Stroller is the correct option. With a weight of under 11 pounds, it can be folded down to a super small size. However, its lightweight and minimal design come with some sacrifices. No storage or canopy and minimum padding are provided. Despite the lack of a shoulder strap to carry it around, our testers felt that they could just carry the stroller by hand thanks to its lightness and the handles made of rubber. 

Although a few features are missing, this stroller gave a decent ride.  One of the testers stated that the wheels moved relatively smoothly whether the surface is smooth or hard. Although it was a little more difficult to push through the gravel and a shag carpet, it was still controllable. The wheels could change directions smoothly and tackle u-turns fantastically. 

Again, this stroller isn’t equipped with whistles and bells. But if you give bigger priority to swiftly lifting and fitting it into an overhead space, then there’s nothing better than this stroller.

One tester said that this stroller could maneuver really well. over the shoulder. It felt a little heavy to push and didn’t turn nearly as tightly as the Joolz, but it handled the gravel very well. Our testers concluded that this stroller deserves the high price tag it costs thanks to the design and all the features it offers.
